How do I purchase event tickets?

Browse our upcoming events, select your preferred ticket type (General Admission, VIP, etc.), choose the quantity, and add to cart. Complete your purchase at checkout using our secure Stripe payment system. Digital tickets will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.

Will I receive physical tickets?

No, all tickets are digital. After purchase, you'll receive a PDF ticket via email with a unique ticket number. Simply present your digital ticket (on your phone or printed) at the event entrance for scanning.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payment is processed securely and your order is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

Do products come in different sizes and colors?

Yes! Many of our products are available in multiple sizes and colors. When viewing a product, you can select your preferred size and color variant. Stock availability is shown for each combination, so you'll know if your preferred option is available.

What shipping methods do you offer for products?

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days), express shipping (1-2 business days), and overnight shipping (next business day). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Note: Event tickets are digital and require no shipping.

How is VAT calculated on my order?

VAT (15%) is applied to product purchases only. Event tickets and shipping costs are VAT-exempt. The VAT amount is clearly displayed in your cart and on your order invoice.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. For product orders, this includes an invoice. For event tickets, you'll receive your digital ticket PDFs attached to the confirmation email.

Can I purchase both products and event tickets in one order?

Yes! You can add both products and event tickets to your cart and checkout together. Shipping will only apply to physical products, while tickets will be delivered digitally via email.

What if an event is sold out?

If an event is sold out, it will be clearly marked on the event page and you won't be able to add tickets to your cart. We recommend purchasing tickets early as popular events sell out quickly. Check back regularly as tickets may become available if there are cancellations.

What is your return policy for products?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Note: Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
