Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): R99.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): R149.99
  • Overnight Shipping (Next business day): R249.99

Note: Event tickets are digital and delivered via email immediately after purchase. No shipping charges apply to ticket-only orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@yourboy.co.za.

Event Tickets (Digital)

All event tickets are digital and delivered instantly via email as PDF attachments after successful payment. No shipping is required for tickets. Each ticket includes a unique QR code for event entry verification. You can present your ticket on your mobile device or print it out for entry.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT on products (VAT is not applied to shipping costs or event tickets).

Return Policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products (apparel and merchandise). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Event Tickets: Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by us. In such cases, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please contact us for ticket-related inquiries.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@yourboy.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship your return using the provided return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe) within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) to the original payment method used.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
