All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of products.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud detection.

4.2 Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways. Payment information is encrypted and processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): R99.99
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): R149.99
• Overnight Shipping (Next business day): R249.99

Event Tickets: All event tickets are digital and delivered instantly via email as PDF attachments after successful payment. No shipping charges apply to ticket-only orders.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, courier service issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for physical items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Digital tickets are delivered via email and are considered delivered upon successful email transmission.

5.3 Taxes

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). A 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to physical products only. VAT is not applied to shipping costs or event tickets. The final price including VAT will be displayed during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Event Tickets: Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by us. In such cases, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Refunds for physical products will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Stripe).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website in any way that violates any applicable laws
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our website

12. Event Tickets

When purchasing event tickets through our website:

• Tickets are digital and delivered via email as PDF attachments immediately after purchase
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code for event entry verification
• Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
• You must present your ticket (digital or printed) at the event entrance for scanning
• Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by us
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or already used

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website after any changes, you accept the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our website immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the website will cease immediately.
